Instructions for authors

To submit an abstract, authors must first create an account from the 'Registration' tab, and once logged in, go to 'My submissions'. Abstracts can be submitted between 1st April and 30th April 2024 (07/05/24 - Abstract submission deadline extention).

Submissions for presentations

Abstracts should be two pages long. Please use the following template:

Instructions regarding presentations will be available here once the conference program is finalised. As an indicator, presentations will be around 15 minutes long.

Submissions for posters

Abstracts for posters should be no more than 250 words long. Other than that, the template available above should be used.
