The conference will take place at the campus of the Ecole Centrale de Lyon in the city of Ecully, approximately 7 km from the center of Lyon. The campus is accessible by bus lines C6 from the Part-Dieu and Vaise stations, 55 from the Perrache station, and 3 from the Gorge de Loup station.

To access Lyon's city center from the airport, you can take the Rhônexpress, a tram line that reaches the Part-Dieu train station (Lyon center) in just 30 minutes.

For those arriving by train from different French and international cities, trains arrive at either Lyon Part-Dieu or Lyon Perrache train stations, both centrally located in the city. Notable TGV (high-speed train) travel times include Marseille in 1 hour 40 minutes, Montpellier in 1 hour 45 minutes, Paris in 1 hour 55 minutes, Lille in 3 hours, and Rennes in 4 hours, as well as Brussels in 3 hours 50 minutes or Frankfurt in 6 hours.
